Hallimane is a well maintained, 200 years old house belonging to the well-known Hallimane family of Kalasa. Small portion of this house is converted into heritage museum. Age old artifacts like Lamps, Camera, Radio, Weapons, Storage vessels, daily usage utensils, Musical instruments, wooden furniture, agricultural utilities and lot many items can be seen here. 200 years old vintage Malnad styled bungalow is beauty by itself. There is also a juice center and home product shop where you can shop for Coffee and tea powder, pain relieving oils and many more homemade herbal products. Samse Tea Gardens (Goomankhan Estate): The beutiful temple in the mid of tea garden is built in 2010 by the estate owner who lives in Kolkata. Goomankhan estate is one among the only 9 Tea estates present in Karnataka. The total area of the Estate is 1015 acres of which planted area is 843 acres.
